Zafer Yıldırım: Balgat needs urban transformation

Pointing out that urban transformation efforts should be accelerated in Balgat, which is one of the remarkable regions of Ankara with its central location, Yıldırım Grup Chairman Zafer Yıldırım said, "A serious urban transformation work should be carried out in Balgat".

Emphasizing that some of the existing constructions in Balgat are outdated, Yıldırım said that the new projects to be made should be handled with urban transformation work. Yıldırım continued his words as follows: “Çukurambar has been placed on the wrong ground since it was first built, due to precedent problems and the buildings being built too close to each other. Since the population was ignored while planning, a lockdown started to occur after a certain occupancy. It is necessary to pay attention to these in Balgat. I believe Balgat will be a more planned place than Çukurambar, if we know what we want and make a plan accordingly while there is such an example in front of us.
