Our business center project, Yıldırım Kule, which was deemed worthy of the "Best Architectural Office Building" award, has become one of our most important works.
It is the most important office building in Ankara with an occupancy rate of 95%. "Yıldırım Tower", preferred by corporate companies, appears as the most important building in the regional sense. Our corporate tenants include important names such as the Dutch Embassy, Türk Medya and Bayer.
